Drop-Off & Pick-Up Information |

BYG Pick-up Time: 8:30-9:00 pm
· If your student does not drive, please communicate with them where you want to pick them up. You can either pick your students up at the front of the Barn or in the back at the arena.
· The BYG meeting will not be over until 8:30 pm, so please do not arrive earlier than the dismissal time, or you will be in the Raiders pick-up line.
· If you need to pick-up a BYG and Raiders student, your pick up time will be at 8:30 pm (your Raiders student will be able to hang out in the Raiders Room or Arena from 8:00-8:30 pm).

BYG will meet in the Barn and will include fellowship, skits/games, student testimonies and challenging messages from God’s word. Our purpose is for students to be impacted by God’s word and to be equipped to impact others for Christ.
In addition, we have also added an option for dinner at the Barn every Wednesday night from 5:15-6:30 pm, open to any Raiders or BYG student. This should help those of you involved in Wednesday night activities at the church, by eliminating extra trips between the church and the Barn.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Information |

· Both Raiders and BYG will meet at the Barn for D-groups on Sunday nights starting at 6:00 pm.
· BYG students should be picked up between 7:30-7:45 pm. (please do not come earlier or you will be in Raiders traffic)
· If you have both a Raiders and BYG student, your pick-up time will be after 7:30 pm.

D-Groups are our small group Bible Studies and are a crucial part of each student’s growth in the Lord. We will meet at the Barn together for a time of worship and then break out into our small groups which will meet in various locations around the Barn.
If you would like to be involved in a small group, contact one of the BYG staff.

The student ministry offices are located at The Barn and our office hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. During this time we would love for students to come by and hang out and visit with the staff, but would ask them to call before coming to make sure we are here and available.
Within the normal Barn office hours there will be "Open Barn Hours", where where students can come without calling ahead and will have the freedom to use the Arena (basketball, soccer, football, etc), the gathering area, and the pond for fishing. During these times there will always be staff present in the building to be available for students if there is a need.
