![]() One of the concepts we want to challenge students with is that they don't have to go out of the state/country to do missions, that they are called to be missionaries where they live. So, this summer BYG will be doing our missions trip here in Birmingham. We will be serving the community of Fairfield and will be working in conjunction with our Urban Ministry Pastor, Jason Williams. Students who go on this mission trip will get the "mission trip" feel while being challenged with local missions. This year we will once again be serving the community of Fairfield. We will meet at the Barn each morning at 8:00 am and return each evening at 6:00 pm. In the mornings we will tutor kids from Restoration Academy. In the afternoons we will run a VBS.
